How to order online?

Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on « Add to Shopping Bag ».

To finalise your order and proceed to the payment, click on «Purchase».

The order process has 4 stages:
Register by creating your own account or login, with your email address and password, or purchase as a guest.
Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
Fill in the payment information.
Review your order and submit it.
How to cancel orders?
Due to the nature of our products being pre-order items, cancellations are not permitted 3 days after an order has been placed. Once a purchase is confirmed, the order will be processed and sent for fulfillment immediately.
What are the delivery times and costs?
Delivery options in Malaysia:
Premium Shipping: Same day delivery, order before 12 pm (Complimentary)
Receive your order hand-delivered by one of our delivery ambassadors to your doorstep. This service is only available for deliveries in Kuala Lumpur, Klang and Selangor.
Express Shipping: Next day delivery, order before 5pm (Complimentary)
Standard Shipping: estimated 7 – 14 working days
Delivery options for International Orders:
We are pleased to offer bespoke international shipping services. For destinations outside Malaysia, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email. Our client service team will provide tailored delivery options to suit your location. Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and service preferences.
In order to provide you with the best service, please enter carefully your complete and accurate shipping address. Town name should be entered in the "City" field and should match exactly with the postcode. May you want to add province details, please type it in the "Address 2" field.
Aether will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order. You will also receive SMS from our carrier confirming your shipment and your date of delivery. In addition, your personalized account on Aether will allow you to follow your order status.
For payments by bank transfers please note that delivery lead times are calculated from the date when the payment is received in full.
Please Note
You can find your order's tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation email or follow the shipping status on the MY ORDERS page in your account.

How do I exchange or return my order?
We take great pride in the quality of our craftmanship. If your order arrives faulty or not as described, we are here to make it right. You may reques an exchange or return.
To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all accompanying components included. If you’re loacted in Klang, Selangor, or Kuala Lumpur, we’re pleased to arrange a complimentary pickup at your convenience.

How do I place order on personalize Aether products?
Aether provides manufacturing services for custom-made orders, allowing you to request different sizes or colors. Please note that customizations may incur additional costs and require extended production times. For further information, feel free to contact our client service team or reach out to us via email.
